All of the necessary paperwork will be handled and explained to you and I will consult you on what to look for in a good offer. The price is not always the most important factor. The strength of the buyers financing is extremely vital and a weak buyer could mean a fallen contract extending the time it takes to get your home sold. I can ask the right questions to make sure you have a buyer with strong financing before you accept a contract.
